As president of Premier Realty Team, Inc., in Miami, Florida, Evan Kagan oversees decision making and policy creation for the full-service real estate brokerage and management company. He also assists with bookkeeping and compliance as well as new client acquisition and investment evaluation. The company specializes in South Florida real estate involving luxury homes, single-family homes, investment properties, and condominiums. In addition, Evan Kagan serves as owner and president of two title companies, Mainland Title, Inc., and Legal Elite Title, Inc.
Evan Kagan is also managing partner, owner, and operator of the Sirocco restaurant in Hollywood, Florida. In this position, he hires personnel and handles policy making for the Mediterranean restaurant and bar. He opened the restaurant in January 2013 and helped it to grow into a renowned casino destination found within the Hard Rock Casino. Under his leadership, Sirocco became profitable after its third month of opening and increased its sales each quarter.
Evan Kagan attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics. He went on to obtain his law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. In addition, he completed a summer program at Hamline/Wharton Business School.
